Salmon Bake Registration Form

Please complete this registration form first.

Advance registration allows you to purchase salmon dinners at a discounted price. If you prefer not to pay in advance, registration is not required. Simply come to Sunnyside Beach between 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm on the day of the event and purchase your meal at the regular price.

Payment Instructions

  1. Complete this form and click Submit.

  2. On the next page:

    • Click the salmon-colored box to purchase Salmon Dinner(s).

    • If you are purchasing Hot Dog Plate(s) only, click the blue box.

  3. If you purchase Salmon Dinner(s), you will automatically be taken to a page where you may optionally add Hot Dog Plate(s) to your order.

  4. If you do not want any Hot Dog Plate(s), simply skip that page.
